Shipping & delivery

We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here is what to expect:

  • Order cutoff is 5:00 PM EST (New York). Orders placed before then begin processing the same business day.
  • We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Estimated delivery is 4 to 11 business days to all destinations within the United States.
  • Your total delivery time is our handling time plus the carrier transit time. If your order falls over a public holiday, the estimate adjusts accordingly.
  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Return & refund information

  • You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Yes! Masessa offers free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the exact amount you will be charged.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT-5 will begin processing the following business day. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days. In total, expect your order to arrive within 4–11 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use it on our order tracking page to follow your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking to become active with the carrier.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email us at support@masessa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those situations, Masessa will cover all return shipping costs in full. Items should be returned to our fulfillment center at 50 Terminal St, Charlestown, MA 02129.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account. If you have not received your refund after that, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider, and then reach out to us at support@masessa.com.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@masessa.com. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process upon receipt of the item.
Damaged items: Contact us at support@masessa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage to both the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full reshipment or refund at no additional cost.
