How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5) begin processing the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes an additional 3 to 8 business days — a total of approximately 4 to 11 business days from purchase to final delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@masessa.com with your order number and reason — once approved, we'll send you an RMA number and return instructions. There are no restocking fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — Masessa currently ships exclusively within the United States. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no additional shipping charges.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed in USD over SSL-encrypted (HTTPS) connections and are PCI DSS compliant. Prices are exclusive of sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
