Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative you are often the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Masessa. You handle questions about orders, products, shipping and returns with warmth and clarity, and you turn everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. This role is fully remote, but you work closely with the wider team to keep our service consistently excellent.
What you will do
- Answer customer emails and messages clearly, warmly and on time
- Resolve order, shipping and return questions from start to finish
- Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can fix the root cause
- Keep our help content and response templates accurate and friendly
- Work with the team to keep response times fast and quality high
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Calm, patient and genuinely helpful, even under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Experience in e-commerce or customer support is a plus

As our Social Media Manager you own how Masessa shows up across social. You plan and create content, build a genuine connection with our community and use what you learn to keep getting better. You will shape the brand voice, spot trends early and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers. This is a creative, hands-on role with real ownership and visibility.
What you will do
- Plan, create and schedule content across our channels
- Grow and engage our community every day

- Track performance and turn insights into better content
- Work with support and product teams to keep messaging aligned
What we are looking for
- A sharp eye for design, trends and storytelling
- Strong writing skills and a natural feel for brand voice
- Hands-on experience growing social channels
- Organized, self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Basic content creation and editing skills are a plus

Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate
As a Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate you play a critical role in the Masessa operation. You work at our fulfillment center in Charlestown, Massachusetts, making sure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on schedule. You take pride in getting the details right, because you know that what you do is the last step before a customer gets something they are excited about.
What you will do
- Pick, pack and process outbound orders accurately every day
- Receive, check and organize incoming stock
- Handle returns and process them according to our policy
- Keep the warehouse tidy, organized and safe
- Flag any inventory discrepancies or issues promptly
What we are looking for
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- A team player who takes ownership of their work
- Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus
