We want your order to reach you smoothly, so here is what to expect:
- Order cutoff is 5:00 PM EST (New York). Orders placed before then begin processing the same business day.
- We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Estimated delivery is 4 to 11 business days to all destinations within the United States.
- Your total delivery time is our handling time plus the carrier transit time. If your order falls over a public holiday, the estimate adjusts accordingly.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We want you to love what you buy, and if something is not right, returns are simple and free:
- You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Exchanges are welcome.
- There are no restocking fees.
- Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5 days.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full reshipment or refund at no additional cost.
